Hello, and welcome to Ba Sing Se. We do hope you'll enjoy your stay. Here behind the city walls, your safety is ensured by the hard-working men of the Dai Li, led by none other than Long Feng, the Grand Secretariat and loyal servant of the Earth King. All artists within the city are encouraged to submit work honoring (or merely involving) this great man and his many accomplishments--as well as the noble deeds of the Dai Li and our beloved Earth King. And while you're here, be sure to visit scenic Lake Laogai. Its beautiful shores and tranquil waters will help you to forget all your troubles.


Membership
Simply note Joo Dee the club Administrator, your tireless and helpful guide inside the city walls, and you'll be a member. Third ring, Middle ring, or Upper ring, all are welcome here.
Displaying the club insignia on your page would be looked upon favorably as an act of civic pride, but is not compulsory. Yet.


Submissions
Anything whatsoever relating to Long Feng, the Dai Li, and the politics and plotting in Ba Sing Se is welcome. All pairings are permitted, including slash. In Ba Sing Se, all are encouraged to express themselves (within acceptable limits)! Although nothing too vulgar, please. The cultural elite of the Earth Kingdom are watching. Admitted members, please note the club with any new submissions, and you will be invited to Lake Laogai--I mean, your art will be posted.
